At the time of writing (May 2020) here in Scotland we are still in lockdown due to the Coronavirus crisis.
In these crazy times, we might be feeling a mixture of helplessness, frustration, disconnection and whole host of other ‘negative’ feelings.
It’s important to feel that we have some control, even when external factors are restricting our freedom.
I’ve created this training to enable you to change what you’re currently feeling, and access another state of being.
This will bring you more calm, happiness and a small feeling of control back into your day.
