Reconnecting to Self: A Retreat to Re-Energise You and Your Business

Are you a self-employed introvert who cares deeply about what you do and longs to make a difference in the world through your work?

Are you exhausted from trying so hard, and beating yourself up because you’re not further along the path?

If that’s you, and you’re battling with the ‘business’ side of things and feel like you’re getting nowhere, my two-day retreat is for you.

Just imagine...

... how it would feel to rest in a peaceful, tranquil haven.

To recharge with the support and companionship of a small group of like-minded introverts who really understand what you’re going through and can share in the solution.

If you’re running on empty and on the brink of burn-out, it can be so tempting to just give up. But please, please don’t. You have something unique to offer the world. Perhaps all you need is to take a step back and reconnect.

This retreat is a chance for you to do just that.

To reconnect with who you really are.

To get to know yourself down to your core.

To feel the power of the real you and to re-energise both yourself and your business.

During the retreat you will let go of the overwhelm, switch off, unwind and recharge. No matter what stage you’re at in your business, you’ll leave with a renewed sense of purpose and direction. You’ll have a clear plan and action steps to attract more of your dream clients and build the business that you really want.

Imagine feeling refreshed, with a new sense of your own gentle power and the strengths and skills you bring to your business.

Can you feel the relief in knowing that you CAN make a success of your business whilst being true to yourself?

About the ‘Reconnecting to Self: To Re-energise You and Your Business’ Retreat

I’m Ann Brown, The Business Coach for Introverts, and I totally get that feeling of struggle and overwhelm because that used to be me.

I know what it’s like to push and struggle and to feel like there must be something ‘wrong’ with me because my business was taking SO long to get going.

That’s why I’ve created this restful two-day retreat.

I’ll be sharing my skills and knowledge in reconnecting to self in a deep way, providing clear guidance on the easy way to get your business on the right track to success.

This is a gentle, supported deep dive into what it means for you to ‘be yourself’, and we’ll be exploring how we can feel great about being seen, and dealing comfortably with other people’s expectations.

Everything shared at the retreat will remain confidential; this is a safe space for you to relax and be yourself.

The retreat will include peaceful walks, meditation, energy clearing and balancing and guided exercises to reconnect you to your core self. We’ll combine all this with practical guidance on the business foundations you need to bring clients and income into your business.

It’s being held at my spacious home in the stunning Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

We live on a small non-working farm, nestled into the edge of the forest. There’s no traffic and the only sounds are birds singing and the occasional cow or sheep from the fields down below.

We have 21 acres of fields and grounds to wander, and with a private entrance to the forest we are spoiled for beautiful woodland walks to enjoy.

With a maximum of 8 people, everyone is assured personal attention and a restful experience.

Retreat includes:
