Do you ever feel like your head is full of ideas (brain frazzle?) and you’re feeling detached from your body and spinning off into overwhelm ?
Today I want to give you a simple technique for overcoming brain frazzle.
I think it’s a very good way of bringing you back down into your body.

If you’re buzzing with ideas and finding it difficult to focus and also to have access to a deeper knowing within you – this will be REALLY useful for you!
So the technique is very simple. It’s an energy technique – to move the energy from your head into your heart, and from your heart into your head.
When you do this, you’ll instantly feel a shift.
For me it’s bringing everything down, it’s bringing a calmness so that my brain is not ping ping ping ping. I’m actually operating from my heart space.
You’ll notice a shift into a deeper sense of your ‘body’ and an opening and widening of your heart space.
Your head will be clearer and you’ll be able to focus on the tasks at hand without your brain ‘pinging off’ in all directions!
